A calm morning for parents of children with SEND to connect, reflect and help shape the future of Milieu Mini Minds.
This isn't a support group or a workshop. There are no presentations, no expectations and no pressure.
Just an opportunity to meet other local parents in a welcoming setting, share experiences if you'd like to, and enjoy thoughtful conversation over coffee.
Milieu Mini Minds is building a different kind of community, one that celebrates individuality, embraces neurodiversity and puts meaningful connection first.
We'd love for you to be part of that journey.

A Story and Communication Club designed for children with SEND (Special Educational Needs).
A calm, interactive story and communication session where children explore carefully chosen books through Sign Along (Makaton-inspired signing), visual resources and props. Each session is designed to develop communication, language, attention, social interaction and early literacy in a relaxed, inclusive environment.
Suitable for SEND and non-SEND children, Story Circle supports every child to engage at their own pace while building confidence, connection and a lifelong love of books.
Our sessions are also open to children without a diagnosis. We know that not every child who would benefit from additional communication, language or social support will have identified SEND, particularly in the early years.
If you feel your child would benefit from a nurturing, inclusive environment that encourages communication, confidence and connection through stories and play, we would love to welcome you to our community.
SEND after-school gathering designed for connection, confidence and play.
Our Games Experience offers children aged 5–11 a calm, welcoming space to unwind, connect and enjoy thoughtfully curated games and activities alongside a small group of peers. With a focus on friendship, belonging and shared experiences, each session is designed to feel relaxed, inclusive and low-pressure.
Children are invited to engage in games that nurture communication, collaboration and social connection at their own pace, supported by an experienced practitioner with a deep understanding of a wide range of sensory and communication needs.
Thoughtfully limited in size, each session includes healthy refreshments and plenty of opportunities for conversation, laughter and meaningful connection.
Created for children with and without SEND profiles who thrive in smaller, more considered environments.
We recognise that every child is different. Our introductory session offers families the opportunity to come along, experience the environment and discover whether it feels like the right fit for their child. There is no expectation, simply an invitation to explore, connect and see what unfolds.
Limited to 14 places.
A relaxed gathering for little ones and their grown-ups, centred around sensory exploration, creativity and connection.
Our Messy Play Sessions invite children aged 2–5 to explore thoughtfully curated sensory experiences in a calm, welcoming environment. Designed to be child-led and open-ended, each session encourages curiosity, confidence and discovery through beautifully presented invitations to play.
With intentionally small numbers, the atmosphere remains relaxed and unhurried, allowing children the freedom to engage at their own pace while parents enjoy conversation and connection with other families.
Healthy refreshments are provided, and every session is thoughtfully designed to be inclusive of children with and without SEND profiles, creating a space where all families feel welcome.
Expect sensory play, creative exploration, meaningful moments and plenty of opportunities for little hands to investigate, imagine and create.
Limited to 12 - 14 places.
