Events
How our events work: To ensure Milieu Mini Minds session is engaging and well attended, we operate a register-first model on the majority of our classes.
Simply join the register (waitlist) for the class you're interested in. Once enough families have signed up, the session goes live and everyone on the register receives the date, time and booking details.
This approach helps us:
Give every child the opportunity to learn, play and connect in a well-balanced group.
Create engaging sessions with enough children for meaningful interaction.
Run classes when there is enough interest, reducing the chance of cancellations.
Provide the best possible experience for every child and family.

A reduced rate is available for families on Universal Credit, along with a discounted sibling price, because inclusion matters to us.
Additional 1:1 support is available at £20 per session for children who need a little extra help to access and enjoy their time with us.

A calm, interactive story and communication session where children explore carefully chosen books through Sign Along (Makaton-inspired signing), visual resources and props. Each session is designed to develop communication, language, attention, social interaction and early literacy in a relaxed, inclusive environment.
Suitable for SEND and non-SEND children, Story Circle supports every child to engage at their own pace while building confidence, connection and a lifelong love of books.

SEND Play Experience | Messy Play

Our sessions are also open to children without a diagnosis. We know that not every child who would benefit from additional communication, language or social support will have identified SEND, particularly in the early years.

SEND Play Experience | Games Club
SEND after-school gathering designed for connection, confidence and play.
Our Games Experience offers children aged 5–11 a calm, welcoming space to unwind, connect and enjoy thoughtfully curated games and activities alongside a small group of peers. With a focus on friendship, belonging and shared experiences, each session is designed to feel relaxed, inclusive and low-pressure.
Children are invited to engage in games that nurture communication, collaboration and social connection at their own pace, supported by an experienced practitioner with a deep understanding of a wide range of sensory and communication needs.
Thoughtfully limited in size, each session includes healthy refreshments and plenty of opportunities for conversation, laughter and meaningful connection.
Created for children with and without SEND profiles who thrive in smaller, more considered environments.
We recognise that every child is different. Our introductory session offers families the opportunity to come along, experience the environment and discover whether it feels like the right fit for their child. There is no expectation, simply an invitation to explore, connect and see what unfolds.
Our Story
Despite being more connected than ever, many of us have never felt more alone.
Through years working with children, families and professionals across education and community settings, I kept seeing people searching for the same thing: understanding, connection and a place to simply be themselves.
Not another service.

So we create spaces for SEND children and their families to connect, learn and grow. Together.
Our gatherings bring families, practitioners, educators and lifelong learners together around a shared table, as real people with real stories.
What we're building at Milieu Mini Minds is different:
